White Water Rafting

This is a 3km journey along the Colorado River to be completed in approximately 1:30 hours. Depending on the river conditions, a guide joins each client in a Doki (inflatable boat). Each Doki is only for four people; each client will be going with a guide. You will stop to rest, take a swim in the river, and prepare for the next part. "The waterfall" is a 10-foot drop, and then "The Loco" will be your final test. The categories offered include class II and III rapids, depending on the weather conditions in the Rincón de La Vieja mountains.

Driving time from Secrets: 1 hour each way

Tour Duration: 1 hour

Schedules: Starting at 8:00 a.m., the last tour leaves at 3:00 p.m.

Maximum participants: 15 participants per day

​

Minimum participants: 8 participants

​

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, swimming suit, sun block, sunglasses and towel
